TX Headlines will not be liable if the performance of its obligations is delayed or prevented by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: fires, floods, earthquakes, natural disasters, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, sabotage, embargoes, government actions or orders, blackouts, epidemics, quarantines, strikes, or labor difficulties.
We will also not be liable for delays or failures caused by events or circumstances within your control, or caused by information you or any third party provide.
